A BELLSHILL man has died after a falling down a hole during a holiday in Cyprus.

James Dickie (53) was killed as a result of the accident in the resort of Paphos early last Monday morning.

After the tragedy the Cypriot tourist association called for the works to be halted and said it had warned authorities on a number of occasions of its safety concerns.
