A POPULAR Motherwell pub is haunted according to a team of paranormal investigators.
A team from Spiritfinders Scotland spent a night in the Burns Tavern on Merry Street in a bid to uncover spirits lurking in the bar.

The group's psychic discovered that there was an elderly man Anthony 'living' upstairs in the pub who seemed to be looking for his father.

Downstairs the team also said they came across a much younger ghost called Andrew who even brought his family through at times.

Landlady Anne McKeown said: "I feel fine about everything that has been discovered and it has definitely changed my opinion."
