O'Hara gets first win on pro circuit
HOLYTOWN golfer Paul O'Hara is celebrating his first victory as a professional.
The 23-year-old won the Furst Fugger Privatbank Classic in Germany.
O'Hara finished the three-round EPD Tour event on 20 under par, three shots clear of England's Ben Parker, who was second.
The victory lifts O'Hara, who turned professional at the end of last year, to seventh in the EPD Order of Merit.
He said: "I remained concentrated and putted well. I could have done even better.
"I'm feeling more and more comfortable on the EPD Tour."
